Dino Dondiego gave me a consultation at his Larchmont office on 4/10/2012. I paid him 50% for the blending hair which was $2228.  It was suppossed to be ready a month later. It was not ready till 3 months later. They cancelled my June 8th appt telling me the hair was not ready yet. On July 13th They put the hair in. It came out within a few days, was horrible texture. If you cameback within the first month they were suppossed to fix it. I went back August 8th and Christina resecured it. My head was sore and painful I could barely touch, wash or brush it. I developed red welts and bald spots all over my head. I went back on August 29th to have it removed and have comb locks put on. By that night it had come out and looked and  felt horrible. My welts have healed but I now have bald spots which I have to cover with hairbands. This is all after following all their instructuons.
 
Also by this time I was paying them $186 every month besides the money for the appointments. I have spent about $4000 as of today not including tips ($40 per visit) , tolls, gas and appointment fees. . I emailed Sequence numerous times. Dino was suppossed to give me a consultation to fix it. He never called me back and stalled me with his return emails. Then I started investigating their company and found out that is all routine behavior. I have copies of all the emails.

The BBB has 38 case against them. They are giving out doll hair not human hair. It was not the right color either. I called to make a consultation appt with Dino. I was told I had to go to Englewood again and that I couldnt go to Larchmont for it. By now I know they are a ripoff and want nothing but a refund. They have a airtight contract.
 
Everyone should know about them so noone else gets hurt. I am a single parent and work 3 jobs. I have requested a refund  and to have my future appointments cancelled. I am sure I wont get a refund. The next step is the BBB in NJ, Consumer Affairs and Court if I don't get my refund. I hope noone else gets hurt. I am not paying them another dime. Disputes must be filed within one year so I still have time. Hopefully I don't have to get a lawyer involved. It has been six months of lies, hell, stress, and agony. I deserve a refund for services unrendered and will fight them for it. I am told that the American Arbitration Association can help if anyone else is in the same situation? also if you go online under Sequence Hair Complaints and Disputes you can find out a lot of information.
