Serta charge for warranty inspection and delivery and setup Hoffman Estates Illinois
I purchused a serta mattress set, about 6 months later the mattess sag and I could feel the springs. I can for warranty help they said the mattress was defected but I would have to pay for shipping and setup of $149.00 and they normally charge for the inspection. I don't the it is fair for me to pay for inspection and delivery and setup for there defective product.I advise you not to buy from this company.
