Serta Ripoff You try sleeping on "Normal Body Sag" Lancaster Pennsylvania
I bought a Serta Queen size mattress and box spring and within 1 year it was sagging. I went to my retailer and they promptly replaced my mattress without even looking at it. A year later, the replacement mattress started sagging. I went to the retailer and called the Serta rep and got the run around. Finally, after literally badgering them with phone calls and letters the retailer came to my home. They checked the bedframe, which has a center support, and measured the sag in the mattress. A few days later I received a call from Mark, the Serta rep, and was told that my mattress is only sagging one and one half inches, and this is "normal body sag." When I use the same method to measure the sag it varies from 1/2 to 2 and 1/2 inches depending where you measure. This "normal body sag" sags considerably more when I lay in the bed. In fact it forms a trough in the center of the bed. It is impossible to sleep on this mattress with another person. You roll to the middle of the bed. And, this "normal body sag" has been caused by one, 140lb body, mine!
