Service Magic Rip OFF , Internet
Got a call to provide me LEADS for my home improvement company (very small co.) Well got two (2) leads, needless to say, the first was from a consumer with NO intentions of doing anything and the second was from a 10 yr old girl, whose guardian threatened to contact police if calls didn't stop. Well I complained, filed for a refund, and guess what...they CAN'T refund my credit card. They can only give me credit for more leads...Also, another company called KGR (Reno Leads) is the exact same way, and they even have a consumer statement saying that person left Service Magic and came to them. Don't use them either....
I hope an attorney sees this and does a class action..
The person I am dealing with at Service Magic ( a lady) has tried to help, but the COMPANY, is giving me the shaft!!!!!! Contacted the attorney general from my state, PA, but haven't had a reply as of yet, and that was almost a month ago.
