Brent Chappell commits LIBEL and THREATENS FSS.. It appears that MR. Chappel, with Servicemaster Consumer Services, and AmeriSpec, not only do shoddy inspections, but dabble in LIBEL as well... they have made the following accusations with no proof...."...apparently a known internet scam artist, spam-mailer, and much more including telephone harrassment, criminal behavior and more and more."

The credibility of AmeriSpec is no better than that of Brent Chappell and his spelling! Man, How many lawsuits can we handle. I hope these folks have deep pockets!

See the new relevant web site for this speech. It looks like AmeriSpec has issues! These folks put of a rebuttal to this speech without even reading it! I knew they were CHEAP, but only after reading their report! By the way, being HONEST, has nothing to with performance, i.e., QUALITATIVE WORK!

Recently AmeriSpec was engaged to do a comprehensive home inspection and I was very much disillusioned! The inspector left windows opened, the thermostat was not replaced to its original position costing me energy and money, outdoor light switches marked as not working were activated by "light sensors", many things were not left in the original condition as found by the inspector. This company probably is one whom's report reflects whether you are the homeowner or possibly a purchaser! I was not happy with the quality of the inspection!

If this information cannot be backed up, and it cannot, because it was acquired off the Internet from another LIBELOUS person, who is a defendant in an upcoming lawsuit, you will be sued! Consider this a formal "Demand Letter" to Cease and Desist from this LIBELOUS Activity, PULL DOWN ALL UNTRUE and LIBELOUS POSTS from the Internet at once, and pay damages in the amount of $100,000!

What has been said about AmeriSpec can be backed up, and the continued libel and threatening emails from Matthew Gessner and Brent Chappell will also be addressed in the filing of pleadings against ServiceMaster Company.

If this demand letter is not heeded within twenty-four (24) hours, we will seek our legal remedies against ServiceMaster Company, the aforementioned individuals, and notify Mr. Jonathan P. One of these LOSERS, Brent Chappell, is PROUD that he saved $3.99 to view an honest and legitimate complaint about his Company. If you (anybody) are reading this, how would you like to have an IDIOT like this representing your firm. He pockets $3.99 and what does he get for it..NEGATIVE PUBLIC RELATIONS, UNIVERSAL AND VIRTUAL INTERNET POSTINGS ABOUT SHODDY WORK DONE BY AMERISPEC INSPECTIONS, POSSIBLE LAWSUIT, ETC. Bravo, Mr. Chappell, would you be my Investment Counselor, or possibly do my Public Relations?? Just a couple of things to clear up more of your misrepresentations.. (1) your customer made an offer on our house and said "...you have a wonderful home"! We decided to remove the home from the marketplace and continue living in the "wonderful" home!
