I am in Forney TX and am forced to use these crooks. They are the only company who has no grace period whatsoever. I used to sit and pay all my bills at one time- I made the mistake of making a payment one day late while I was paying all my bills. Yup, one day and already had late fees.
I fought with them a week about it and they finally credited it back.... yeah but only partially. So now I have to drop everything I am doing to pay this one freaking bill every month. I don't know how they run things in the UK but their website sucks as well. When you go to their homepage there is a login option... but that is for employees... so you have to dig around for a while to find the login to pay them.
Also, they have a way to pay by mobile but gave up on that since it never worked. It would fail every time. The rep I spoke with said they had many complaints about their mobile bill pay and their website.
My bill is 70+ dollars every month regardless of how much I use. It is just me and my 12 yr old kid living here... which is ridiculous. My parents live in Forney as well with a different water company and their bill is half what mine is.
This UK company is a UTTER AND COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! We need to replace these UK retards.

Call me crazy, but it seems like if you don't pay your bill on time then anyone should expect that a late fee would be the end result. Accumulate several late fees and a company has the full right to disconnect service. Making personal comments about service representatives who do their job is appalling. Did you ever stop to think that perhaps she was doing her job, going by the rules that her employer has set out for her? It seems like these days anyone can point the finger at someone else and say, "It's their fault!" No one wants to admit that they might have made a mistake. That is unacceptable in the world we live in. Perhaps in the future, you should try to pay your bill on time and you won't be without water. Just a thought...
