Have you tried calling this woman? From what you describe, you have only attempted to contact her via email. There are numerous reasons why she may not have received your email. Perhaps she is out of town and does not have access to her computer. Maybe she recently changed email addresses. Maybe she is having problems with her computer and is unable to connect, or her computer was stolen. These are just some of the reasons. Attempt to contact her via telephone or postal mail, before claiming that you have been ripped off.
