she ripped of my friend (Leonard Hyrhirchuk) for $500,000 IN CASH, bank drafts, fuel in vehicle...she had 20 properties since 2010, she gets morgages  1st and 2nd with private lenders and banks then refused to pay the monthly...she rented them out collected rent and didnt pay the morgage or taxes or anything....no repairs , one such couple had no heat all winter as she refused to pay the city to have a inspection of the gas to hook it up. My  friend gave it over period of time after being promised a wife, and a house....she would cry and say she was scared for her life that the bank were messing with her car to kill and that they were mean to her and she would open her books to you and show you...he felt sorry for her and believed it . He came to me and asked us to help her...I and my husband went to meet her at Boston Pizza and review her books....she said she would buy and when the bill came she had no money and had a friend pay her christmas money from her son.  She had him purchase her home ($800,00) from a realtor he had to give over cash for the offer thenget a morgage. And didnt tell him purchase of this home that it didnt pass inspection rom the city, it also didnt pas heat or power inspection either....plus he already gave her $500,000..to pay back morgage she already had on it...When I and my husband went to meet her and chat she would not produse land titles or margage statements to proove her side. I had her show me all the propertie and what she wanted for then, the I had a realtor friend do a history of them and tell me what the were worth....it was a hoot as she wanted more than they were worth.  She wanted 3 people to come into this with her to buy and retreive from the banks and rent and we all split the money, she never took into consideration that she would owe money to pay these all off but she said it had to be split 3 ways.  She claims she works at  ^ 6 million dollar round table ^ selling insurance that she waa very high up in there and we would make it big buy propety and renting.  When seeing her property let me tell you they were pig styes...she never fixed anything....I had a snoop into some of her money dealings Sha would take cash out of her bank just before morgages were to go through...so it would bounce....she had a 1.5 million dollar home in the city that it had no heat for 2 yrs, she was getting numerous friends of mine to  put utilities in their names and never pay them, plus with the link to the JUST ENERGY HERE IN ALBERTA as a rep you could just put someone same in a utility and who would know,,,yes this accually happen to my friend...anyway this 1.5 million dollar home was gorgeous she wanted me to give her 3 million it was worth only 1.5 million....she is so crooked...wwe wne to the cop shop, here tell there isnt a darn thing they could do, she cant even be arrested for anything, but she should, my firnd she cleaned him out good, he could not even take her to court...I ran a file a the court house , wow, she has been taken so many times to court, get this she starved her self before court so she would pass out in the court room, they accually gave her a repreve.  I pretended I was her friend so she would tell me eveything, and darn it I got more than I wanted to here, she has done this in whitecourt,  top and in Ontario, ahe gets around, she knows what she is doing oh ya! I ran a land title search you should have seen the leins on her property....no one of us can buy thm the leins were higher than the value of each and ever property....we all need to band together and put this woman IN JAIL
