Most Important they make their customer fool because employee of shaadi.com (Delhi Hub) they created their own account according to the customer matches and approach them that we have so many profiles according to your requirements.
Data Base is complete fake and for the customer 0 percent of conversion if you invest your money here.
About the manager Of Delhi Hub (Mr.Surjit Singh) he used to pressurize the employee that they will leave the job. Always make the ruled on the employee. But he knows how to buttering this is very healthy quality in this man. No one is happy with this manger 70per of employee left the job because of Surjit Singh.
He is focus on creating drama in the company and not looking over the customer query.
Service quality of this company is negative. Many of the customer irritate after paying money here
