Shalaby Cleaners formerly Network Cleaners but not the same owners now. Ruined $850.00 Canada Goose Jacket Mississauga Ontario
Brought my Canada Goose jacket in for dry cleaning service. When I picked it up and inspected it...the fur trim on the hood was ruined falling apart and loose in the dry cleaning bag. I brought the jacket still inside the garment bag and video'd the process of taking it out of the bag in front of them to show their negligent damage.
They argued with me and refused to compensate me for my loss at their hands. I sought help through the BBB but to no avail. BBB could not contact them and closed our case. They have no phone number to contact them either that we could find. I wan't to be compensated for the devalued amount for this 1year old jacket in the amount of $250.00. I have a video of the interaction...receipt and that is about all.
