Shally Funk Untrusted EBay seller - PayPal account problems, suggested wire transfer but already paid item not send. Does not respond any more. Howard Pennsylvania
In the end of January I have won a notebook on http://www.ebay.com, auction number 110215900676. At January, 25th I have transfered money to the given bank account: Account number: 600812539; Memo: For Final Credit: 6278951001595731 - Account Number: 0564765; ARKANSAS VALLEY STATE BANK. My bank claims that the money was transfered successfully, but I have not received the notebook. I try to contact the seller via e-mail and via E-Bay website - no answer.
