Shamrock Home Furnishings dishonest, not willing to uphold their policies Bloomingdale Illinois
Shamrock home furnishings are liers, cannot return phone calls and are not willing to uphold their policies.
I purchased a new bed frame and a floor model mattress. They told me I could buy the firmer mattress now and if I didin't like it I could exchange it in 14 days. They totally deny ever saying that. They lie to you to get your sale.
The also told me that the mattress was a floor model but that it still had the same warranty like all the others. When I called them to tell them the mattress has sunk and was like a nest after just 2 weeks they told me it would take 3 weeks to get an answer from the mattress company.
There were no tags on the mattress so I don't even know who made the bed or even if it is a new one. For all I know it was an old bed covered with a horrible pillow top. Kinda like that investigation they did on some tv show.
In the end they told me one of the factorys went out of business that was in Chicago and there was nothing they could do even though there is still a factory in California.
I am taking action this was since Shamrock will do nothing.
