The Los Angeles Superior Court Judges Orders were very clear and concise
in deeming the author of the Rip-off Report and over 700 other blogs. The Los
Angeles County Assistant Attorney then proceeded with criminal charges against
this individual. All other websites have complied with this exact Court Order.

As per Mr. Lees website, anyone has been welcome to contact at any time
Mr. Lee. No such contact has ever been made through this available point. Mr.
Lee is more than willing to provide the 100% truth and facts of his tragic life
over the last four (4) years including the loss of his wife and unborn child
through this ordeal.

This report makes unfounded incorrect claims and accusations that Mr. Lee
stole $1,000,000. This is 100% completely false. The facts clearly show that the
company Mr. Lee worked for launched a lawsuit for overcharging of construction
costs by over $700,000 and a Pennsylvania Court reduced the amount owed to
$1,000,000. During this time Mr. Lee had no access or signing ability to the
company bank accounts. As per the agreement payments to the credit line have
continued to this day. This after factual documented proof to settle by Mr.
Lees associated firm to settle for months before launching the lawsuit.

This report makes claims of criminal judgments in GA. This report and
this author should get their facts straight before making false statements. Any
all issues have been resolved in Mr. Lees favor including several dismissals
for completely false and wrong accusations. This includes joint custody of his
son every time false accusations were brought against him by Mr. Lees
ex-girlfriend, settling of Child Support in Mr. Lees favor, and false criminal
accusations.

Again, Mr. Lee has maintained a website over the last several years with
information regarding accurate and clear information. Anyone wishing to see

These reports and facilitation of these internet blogs are continued
attempts by at least one author an ex-employee of Element Service, Inc. and ex-girlfriend
to cause continued harm to Shaun Edward Lee. Mr. Lee has requested and been
granted restraining orders against both.

While Mr. Lee and hundreds of the other associated companies including
some Fortune 500 companies that make up the 661,680 reports on the Rip-off
Report do not agree with this process, Mr. Shaun Lee will submit to the Rip-off
Reports new Arbitration Program for complete removal of this false information
and document the process on his website and pay the $2,000 cost. 

It is still unclear why Mr. Lee after providing proof of all these issues
in several courts must now prove these issues again to an Arbitrator and pay
$2,000 for this process to the Rip-off Report based on unsubstained claims by
anonymous author or authors off the internet. Upon completion of this process, Mr. Lee will be
taking all available action against the authors, who posted these blogs.

 

The author of this Rip-off report dated

November 2, 2009 was deemed to be an ex-employee of Element Service, Inc. by
the Superior Court of Los Angeles. This report was a violation of an existing
restraining order previously granted to Mr. Shaun Edward Lee by the Honorable
Judge John L. Mason, case#YS018911. From the posting of this exact report, Judge
John L. Mason granted an additional 3 year restraining order against this
person. The individual was then charged for this violation on criminal charges
by the Assistant District Attorney of Los Angeles.

This individual has no less than six (6) previous restraining orders
against her. She passed through a background check by using a false Social
Security number. This has been verified as fact. This employee was terminated
for rude and unruly behavior, miss-use of cell phones and a variety other
problem issues from Element Service, Inc. This miss-use included over 100 calls
to her boyfriend at the time from 5:00 PM in the evening till 11:00 PM and
possession of two additional company phones. This termination required the El
Segundo Police Department to respond to her violent actions on the premises of
Element Service, Inc. She was then removed.

The harassment by this individual included repeatedly
harassing contractors, sub-contractors and the Contractors License Board of
California lead to the company, despite repeated verifiable attempts of
continuing, of halting operations. Many people eventually lost their jobs due
to this harassment. Numerous false suits were filed by this individual and all were
dismissed by the Courts.

Mr. Shaun Edward Lee has never been investigated, implicated, arrested, and or
charged with any fraud, con or scam in any state.

No vehicles were repossessed from Mr. Shaun Edward Lee. Mr.
Shaun Edward Lee has not used any unsuspecting credit of any individual. No
complaint has ever been made of this.

The author of this report had no real information about the merger of Element Service,
Inc. and Utili-Source.

The information in this report or blog was deemed to be false 
and the Court issued a direct order to remove any and all blogs from the
internet. Any and all sites have respected this Court Order except the Rip-off
Report. No other site requested any money or cost to remove the false blogs except
the Rip-off Report or to provide any other resolution other than complete
removal.

Currently Element Service, Inc. is owed over $800,000 from two bonding
companies from non-payment by General Contractors for work performed as these
Contractors believed they could avoid payment due to these false reports. In
both cases the owner, Los Angeles Unified School District found in favor of
Element Service, Inc. and Mr. Shaun Edward Lee. Currently Mr. Shaun Edward Lee
is continuing to recover the funds from these entities to offset the problems
caused by the ex-employee.

Mr. Shaun Edward Lee has maintained a website openly
displaying the Rip-off Report information over the last several years and
exactly how to contact him directly. The Rip-off Report practices maintaining
un-verified information and lack of respect from outstanding direct Court
Orders for removal. Rip-off Report then advertises Arbitration for removal by
another Court or Independent Arbitrator for a cost? You decide?

I decided to post on this blog because I saw this on the internet. Apparently, Shaun Lee is trying to build a new scam but cannot because he is being exposed on the rip-off report. Mr. Lee has created a web site to try to clear his bad name but unfortunately for him there is more than 1 person he has scammed in his lifetime. Here is a copy of what I found on his web site claiming he has been wronged by someone. He claims with a response see below:

Shaun Lee received a three (3) year restraining order executed by Judge John L. Mason on January 26, 2009 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. YS018911 against the individual from posting or blogging on the web against Mr. Lee. In addition a Court Order was also issued for Element Service, Inc. against the same individual preventing such acts. While numerous libelous and disparaging postings have been removed by other major news and business web sites, Rip-Off Report has refused any requests to remove any postings (as they point out above), ignoring our judgment. Therefore, we are currently pursuing legal action against Rip-Off Report.

Who is to say Mr. Lee that the person you obtained the restraining order is the same person that posted the rip-off report? Who is to say the person that posted the warning about you is somebody else? So, yes you may have a restraining order on someone that also may have also posted other things about you on the internet (as you will fine with multiple offenders) and you had them removed from another site for example www.topix.com (discussions) but for them to post anything else on the web would be illegal according to the information you are giving us. That person if caught doing what you are alleging would be put in jail and what person would do that? Take a chance to go to jail for you?

Does not add up if I am looking to invest and I find this website. No Deal!

Mr. Lee, your response to the Rip off report not removing you from their site so people in the world will know exactly who you are and that you are a CON MAN because you have complicated people's lives for your financial gain is very vague.

RIP off report is not ignoring the judgment as your judgment may have nothing to do with the individual exposing you on rip-off report. Maybe the only motivation you are trying to cover up your cons is so you can set someone else up. Making yourself be more than you are is your M.O. Unfortunately, this is not the 80's and internet is power to the people. You have tarnished your reputation far beyond repair due to all the lives you have touched in a negative way. Anyone can look you up in the Torrance court house and find several judgments against you including in other states, PA for tricking investors into an energy "green" solutions company scam. Whereas you stole $1,000,000. Sorry, you defaulted on an open line of credit where you never made not one payment.  All this can be verified. Mr. Lee can decide to come on this site and defend himself. As he won't because he will be afraid that more info will be posted. All court documents are public and is on record. Not to mention, criminal judgments in GA for theft by taking and other major violations. This blog and posting is by no means libelous and disparaging. It is the truth. "The truth will set you free" Mr. Lee.

We/I encourage you to post a rebuttal explaining facts presented. Or should we post all the judgment and criminal numbers?
