Complaint Review: Shawnelle Scott - Brooklyn New York

Shawnelle Scott. This washed up ball player came to me two years ago for business line of credit with a CFO who backed out on his $1.8MM loan at the last minute. There was no lump sum to pay an underwriter at the bank. She had a 700+ score and was going to help him out, but when she came to her senses and decided that since his credit was so horrible (400 scores), what was the assurance that he would pay the debt and not ruin her credit.

I offered to continue to help him (bad move). I told him he should go ahead and fix his own credit, do this loan on his own so he did not have to depend on anyone else. He refused. My only option was to give him a supercorp where the cfo is supplied for you since his credit was so poor. Shawnelle could not come up with the fee for that so that option died. Again I offered him credit repair and he refused it, so I offered him the option of the alias name change and he accepted it. He went ahead and filed the name change papers and received his name change. What he paid for was the preparation of the court documents in order to get his name change and he DID! He even went to DMV and received a new license under that new name. So the product he paid for was delivered.

Shawnelle Scott did not have the money so I paid for his tradelines (remember, getting his credit fixed meant getting him funding so I was willing to front money in order for the benefit of the commission on $1.8MM). The tradelines stopped posting, so that option was no longer available. I am the one out money on that transaction, not him.

When that happened, I told him that I will try to get funding so that we can again attempt to get the supercorp. I told him that I had a card coming

So tell me Shawnelle, what money did I take from you for a loan?

As for the card, you received a call / text where I said, I have a card coming for you. Who the hell do you think paid for that card to be processed? Did you? You had it good with me as far as someone trying anything and everything to help you. You will never see another person like that in your life again. Remember I said that.

When you bitched and moaned about the fees paid for the name change, I conceded and told you I would give you the money because I am tired of explaining to you that you got what you paid for. What caused all of this, the fact that I told you it was the 15th of May and I could not do it for another week. At least, I did not lie to you. But that was not good enough.

Now that brings me to your claims of harassment. Verizon in is in the process of transcribing the text where you told me there is a "clock ticking on my head" and that I "don't know who I am f------g with" and all the things you would do to me. Don't get it twisted, the harassment charge has NOTHING to do with you requesting the return of funds. I conceded to that on Monday. You started threatening me yesterday and yes, I am filing a report and I will post it. I am filing aggravated harassment with the transcript of your text messages which started at 12:38PM and went on until 1:00 am, at which point he had a friend call me from a 646 number whom I spoke with openly spoke with.

I will post that link of that text message transcript as a pdf on this site when I receive it as well as your credit score as well as emails and any and every form of proof that 1.) I never took anything from you over $2,500 and 2) with that you received what you paid for and 3) I agreed to give you back the fee for my own piece of mind but that was not good enough so you started to threaten me. You came to me with no options and no viable way to get funding and where other people would have walked away and did, I offered to help and I TRIED to help for TWO years. In that time, you paid for one product that worked. I have the proof and will post it all. I've kept every text, every email, every document to you and to the sources I approached to help you and I will post it all.

And I think you should do the same. I think you should post every correspondence, every receipt, every and anything where I tried to bilk you for money, every penny this fat a*s lying b***h cow has ever taken from you. Prove that I charged or even ASKED you for all these fees. The alias name change you got practically for free and I still agreed to give you the money back to get rid of you.

You resort to name calling, and that says alot about you. You weren't calling me a fat lying b***h or a fat cow when I traveled from LI through brooklyn to get to Manhattan (which is absurd) so that I could pick up your executive summary to show an investor in order to get you funding just last month. I never stopped trying to get you funding.

It is well deserved that you did not receive the funding you needed. I did not understand it, but it is well deserved that you were treated so poorly by your investors who could have easily helped you get out of your mess with Roc da Mic. Ask yourself why noone allowed you any of those proceeds, if even at a discount percentage in order to make up for your failed end on an amazing transaction to help you stay in the game. I thought that they should have cut you a break. And that is why I stayed on and tried to help you. They were smart than I.

I have been trying to help you for two years, Shawnelle, count the time. What is my hourly rate on $2,500 that I did not even keep. But for argument's sake what is my hourly spread over that term? I am a HELL of con artist to make pennies on the dollar to court your broke a*s for two years. To what end if not to help you?

You can try to assassinate me as much as you want, but they were attempts to help you, yes in this recession to get what you needed. My methods were unconventional, but I tried to help you. Every and anything you never received, you never deserved.

Again, I will post every single document. You will not berate and insult me because your business went bad when I honestly tried to help. What credentials did you come to the table with? What positive changes did you try to make over two years to bring me or yourself closer to a successful end for you? Outside of calling me very five minutes to find out if I got you the money because your people need answers. What was your contribution over that time to getting close to the finishe line? Especially when I did not take money from you time and time again. I'm just asking.

The transcripts and correspondence will show the truth.
