Shellie Halper - The Mortgage Center Services. Shellie Halper is a LIAR! She will RIP YOU OFF and STEAL your money! She is a LYING THIEVING CON ARTIST!! Woodland Hills California
Shellie Halper was given $100,000.00 as an investment for property she's developing in Mexico. She will promise in writing with a contract to give you a hefty interest rate and return your money plus interest in sixty days. Then she will extend the time from sixty days to ninety days promising more interest.
Fast forward the ninety days and she will lie and tell you she is still "working on it" and then be rude and nasty when you continue to inquire as to the where abouts of your money. Then she will just plain ignore you as if you have no right to wonder where the hell your hard earned nest egg went!
This has all the characteristics of a Ponzi scheme! Do not give this woman a penny! As I said, she is a lying thieving con artist!
