I ordered a trial of Equinox day and night serum and RVTL in February.  About two weeks after, I noticed that my skin was breaking out and turning red daily.  I stopped use.

On March 20 I received a box of day and night serum and went to the web site that stated I was automatically enrolled and would receive the product on a regular basis.  I called the contact number to cancel further shipments.  I talked with a representative that was very hard to understand and made out that I was being charged roughly $200 for the shipment I received today and would receive the RVTL in a few days.

I said I could not use the product and wanted to return it.  The rep. kept reducing the amount I would have to pay and said I should keep it.  I said I had some type of allergic reaction and I couldn't use it.  He wanted to know why I wouldn't accept the offer.  Again, I told him why I didn't want it and I wanted to return it.  He said I could return the RVTL and not the Equinox.  

After spending many minutes asking why I could return one and not the other I was given the address and told I could return it but would only be refunded $59.  When I questioned this I was told the policy was explained to me and I could return it for the amount stated.

I asked to talk to a manager and was told a manager would only tell me the same thing.  I again asked for a manager (several times) and was again told the manger would only tell me the same thing.  I said I understand the policy and would still like to talk to a manager and was asked why.  Finally the representative said they would try to get a manager but they were probably not available.

The rep. came back to the phone and said the manager was not taking calls.  I asked the function of the manager and was told they were there to support the rep.  I asked if they were there to support me and was told I was given the policy and the manager would say the same.  I said I wanted to talk to the manager about my conversation with the rep and was asked what I didn't like.  I said there wasn't anything I did or didn't like I would like to talk to a manager.

Finally I was so frustrated at being interrupted, talked over and getting no where I said I was going on line to report the company as a rip off and to the BBB and he could tell his manager that.

Do not order this product no matter if it works or not.  They do not care about their customers only the all mighty dollar.
