Complaint Review: Sheriff Jimbo Rips Us Off Again! - Maryville Tennessee

Sometimes all that it takes is for somebody to start the ball rolling. I think that the ripoffreport.com is a very good way to bring political corruption to the light of day. I used to work for the BCSO. Not all cops are dirty but at least 3 out of 4 including the sheriff and all his top bras witht heir fake degrees from a diploma mill in Mississippi. Somebody needs to thank you Aaron for having the fortitude to stand up for what is right against the lamberts and thier connections. I hope that the sheriff gets in trouble and is brought to justice. Sheriff berrong is the BIGGEST criminal in Blount County besides mayor Cunningham. Keep on fighting.

I forgot to mention the journalist who broke this story concerning Capt. Ron and the rest of the criminals at the BCSO. A very special thanks should be sent out to Jessica Stith with the Daily Times newspaper. Without her this would never had been possible. She is a true WARRIOR unlike anybody in the BCSO who claims that they "...put their lives on the line everyday." PANSIES! Suck it up and act like you got a pair, girls! This is not something that the citizens of Blount County are used to from the Daily Times. It has even been said in certain circles that Dean Stone is part of the Republican/Developer machine here in Blount County. Historically speaking, we are not used to an actual free press which is exactly what Sheriff Jimbo and Captain Ron want. I even heard that an officer witht he BCSO actually harrassed Mrs. Stith concerning her research which is a big NO-NO. This is what is known as witness tampering. She should file a complaint with the BCSO concerning this cowardly public servant. She shoudl also contact the FBI and tell them what happened. TCA 39-16-403 Official Oppression - prohibits abuse of power by a public servant. TCA 39-16-402 Official Misconduct - applies to public servants and candidates for office and prohibits unauthorized exercise of official power, acting in an official capacity exceeding the servants power, refusal to perform a duty imposed by law, violating a law relating tot he servants office or employment, and recieving a benefit not provided by law.
