Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I usually make sure I only engage in online commerce w/ legitimate shopping websites, vis a vis, Walmart.com, or eBay.com, or even Amazon.com( amazon has dramatically improved it's customer service over the years in rooting out suspect 'resellers'), but I was recently victimized to the tune of $38.78 by falling for a pair of shoes that I bought on this suspect shoe shopping website...

the photo of the 'fake' pair of mens shoes, was actually a pair of 3" baby shoes(!!!!), but was obviously magnified several times to simulate a pair of men's shoes!(size 9); although this is a bit of a reach to call this an outright scam( I know of several other much more extensive scams(probably from the fertile imagination of the legal departments of many of these 'ripoff report' unethical merchants( both online & offline), but mostly online,

since that is their bread & butter[I attribute this not to dishonest merchants, but merely to the general impersonal nature of the Internet where you don't actually see the face of your 'mark', or the perpetrator either?.]--I would thus conclude this is a simple, yet highly effective way to separate money from the consumer's pocketbook.

Add to this the several dozen hoops you have to jump through in order to obtain a refund. Basically, they said there was nothing to see here, they were a legitimate website, this was a legitimate product, it was a legitimate photo , & the 'claim was without merit' [case closed..]; basically, they told me to go 'jump in a lake'.

I would take a wild stab at it( noticed the employees in the Market street store where I made an in store pickup of an internet purchase); this corporation caters to either Hollywood movie stars, or the well paid, highly educated millennial, Kim Kardashian, #MeToo, Instagram hipster crowd(?); my bad , I think I just have to eat it(incurred financial losses of $38.78, probably lost far more in the last umpteen years from various, other shopping venues( eBay for starters, cancelled my account there in 2012.

Please do not patronize this craphole, you'll be sorry...(have contacted my local bank credit card fraud department for advice on how to file, or swear out an affidavit( fraud committed on atm Visa debit card linked to bank account..) --since I do not purchase extensively on the internet, & have no idea who this shopping website is, I would take a wild stab at it & say back in the day( the 80s, or 90s..), out of ten merchants( online), about 8-9 were unethical(outright cheats)& maybe 1-2 upright, or honest( on the level); today that ratio has dramatically changed, about 8-9 are honest, but just one bad apple can ruin the reputation of an entire industry( specifically the shoe cobblers online), & by inference, tarnish the entire experience of engaging in online commerce(THE DAUNTING INTERNET..)
