Today, 4/30/2010. No changes in the status of my order there, the shop again fails to respond to my letters. The staff will, in his rebuttal to my complaint, wrote that my order has shipped 4/26/2010. Delivery status still stands - Not Yet Shipped. 4 / 29 I wrote letters to several addresses of the store with the request to send me a track number for tracking parcels. There was no answer, I never received. From this I conclude that the premise has not yet been sent. It turns out that the employee store leads me astray.

Shop not contacted me 4/21/2010! I had written them a letter with a question about my order 4/23/2010 and only then they told me that they sent me a letter 4/21/2010. But no letters to me from them that day did not come! Now store contacted me. My orders are processed and prepared for shipment. I am glad that my claim was heard and the store I went to the meeting. I am very much worried because of his order, as read a lot of negative feedback about delays and lack of good customer service work. I hope that service will improve, because I really like the assortment of goods in this store.

The customer place this order on 4/20 and using PayPal as payment method. PayPal notified us they could not verify the address and bank information. We contact the customer on 4/21 to confirm bank information and address which we received the reply on 4/23 and we began processing the order. The order was shipping the following Monday 4/26. Since our policy clearly states 3-5 business day order processing we met our terms. Customer emailed us 4/27 to change 2 of the items they ordered with 2 new ones. We informed the customer the order had already been processed and shipped.
