It all happen on the 27th of October 2016. Today is November 11, 2016.  I am a seller of popular diet pills and I used ShipWire.com for my fulfillment services. Case #01370503: SP PROJECT 418082 Case# 01367271 Case #01363819 ASN 1476906948 and A LOT MORE IGNORED CASES! I only kept two SKUs at shipwire. Only two SKUs…. How in the world such a big shipping / fulfillment company can mess up just TWO SKUs! My supplier changed configuration on my boxes and I was trying to set up new cases in shipwire system, while having old cases configurations. Only to find out that only one case can be set up per SKU. Fine, I set up new configuration as single item (not as master case) with new SKUs, thinking to wait until I run out of old cases so I can re-configure. Simple and straight forward. So I shipped new inventory to shipwire and asked them to match to new single items. Simple, some 50 cases. Not a “rocket science”.  Sure enough, shipwire received my inventor. While shipping, I run out of old cases on one SKU and asked their support to help me out re-configure with new master case. I was sent some step by step instructions, that obviously returned error message. I was not able to remove the old case while their child, single SKU inventory. I was stock. Nobody at shipwire who answers the phone has any clue about what to do. Nobody bothered to look into my account and re-do things. They just pass you to “senior” manager. Well Senior managers by name Eric and Jessica Sanchez were not able to assist me either. It was no surprise that my inventory counts were completely wrong. I accused my supplier that my inventory did not arrive and per what shipwire.com was showing me, I was missing 600 units, that’s roughly cost me around $60,000 in retail sales. I asked to recalculate inventory. Nobody bothered to do that for about 3 business days. Later, this person by name Eric Ryes at shipwire.com sends me pictures of my inventory that clearly shows correct boxes configuration. So shipwire.com received correct inventory from me, not my supplier or shipper messed up…. It almost caused me relationship with my supplier. In the meantime, I am blaming my supplier of sending wrong inventory, supplier blames shipping company and everybody are blaming one another, when shipwire did not count inventory when checked it in. I finally gave up, filed BBB report and asked to return my inventory, scheduled shipping company to come and pick it all up, when suddenly I login to shipwire and I see $2,000+ bill for no reason, for inventory that was originally miscalculated and added to my shipwire.com view as single inventory and they charged me handling fee, when it’s not true. At this point I don’t even know if I will be able to pick up my inventory or not. In the meantime, I am out of inventory, my orders are coming in that I am not able to fulfill. I am losing in the range of $1,000 a day in sales!!! If I am not able to get my inventory out of them, it will be around $130,000+ in losses… This is rip off! If they fail to hand my inventory to shipping company on the 17th, I will file a lawsuit immediately!
