Shockbest.com Shockbest Advertised and bought Splash Drone, sent cheap crap

I ordered a SplashDrone which is water proof and can be used for fishing. What they sent me, mind you it took a month, was a crap drone that isn't waterproof at all. Has none of the features. They made me send in pictures and video that they forwarded to a "product expert." No idea why this is needed since it's clearly the wrong product!
It's been two weeks, they never contact me, every time I contact them they email me back where this person states the same thing. Please bear with me I'm waiting on the product expert.
Fairly certain I got ripped off, period. They should at least refund the money.
