Shop America Network ripped off and scammed Miramar Florida
Shop America Network....What can I say.... thiefs, lies, misleading, very difficult to contact (never around), and thanks to our small company, they are now $17,900 richer due to the $$ they scammed from our company.
They told us they are on cable nation wide and after they test our 6 minute segment in certian "cities" (piss ant little towns we now are finding out) they will take our segment nation wide (if we do well). Well so far.. not one sale even though our product flies off the shelf on our website with NO sound, NO animation or demonstrations like there are on our SAN segment.
Now the money they got from us was supposed to be used for the Production of the segment. This production was made by DRTV in Melbourne, FL. Now if the $$ was for production then it appears that DRTV may be involved in the scam since they to are turning a profit off of SAN's apparent scam. since we have not found anyone who has come close to making their money back with SAN, then how can SAN stay in business? Well it is our theory that they charge customers for production well over the cost of that production. They would then have to pocket most of the cash and then pay DRTV with the rest. this is just a theory of ours but it seems to be logical. We are hoping that DRTV will be invetigated as well. We dont know if they have done anything wrong but we feel they should be looked into.
