Have orederd a Vitamix Professional Series 750 3 weeks ago and still do not receive it (supposed to be 2 weeks max). Call and email many times to have status but no answer on phone or email. I'm losing my money. Don't buy from this site!

We had a back order due too a large volume of orders. We expected to get more inventory unfortunaltey that did not happen. We refunded any clients including the client who made this report, If we do not ship, we will issue a full refund.
Many emails have been sent through our system to the reporting client, notifying her of the process and the situ.tion. We have recently contacted the client to find a amicable solution,
