There a good company, but they are slow. I ordered condoms and the delivery time was so slow that I forgot about the whole order. If you are no longer satisfied, try theprivatepharmacy.com. They are quick and very helpful, however, they don't have as big of a selection. You got to weigh your options, but they are both safe and discrete.

Hi, This is Tom, the founder and owner of ShopInPrivate.com. I know that after reading the above information, you probably think that my company is some terrible group of people. This really is not the case. We are a small company, just 9 people that work very hard to sell items that are embarrassing to buy at the store or pharmacy. I am sorry that I can't say exactly what happened in this particular case, but I can say that our company has shipped over 400,000 parcels to people all over the world. In the 10 years we have been in business we have consistently received Yahoo! shoppings "Top Service" rating and we have always been a Better Business Bureau member in excellent standing. We are fairly easy to get a hold of. We keep standard business hours of 9-5PM Eastern Time, we have a 1-800 number and we have a full time person to answer the phone and e-mail. If a person calls on a Friday at 5:30 Eastern time, it can take us until Monday to reply, but I think that this is reasonable. One complaint I do see in the person's notice above is that we never sent her any e-mails. This may be caused by one of two things. First, our company sells personal items, we allow you to Shop In Private for them. For this reason, we don't automatically send you e-mail updates. Our order form includes a box that you have to check to get a shipping update. After all, many of our customers would rather not have their work e-mail inbox contain messages about what they have purchased. Another likely scenario is that this customer mistyped her e-mail address. If this was the case, the e-mails would not have arrived successfully. Either way, I am sure that we have apologized to the customer and I would like to repeat that apology, especially since her package was damaged. I can tell you that ShopInPrivate.com is not a scam, nor is it a ripoff. ShopInPrivate.com is a great place to shop in private for embarrassing products.

After Calling this Company many times and sending e-mails and not to mention calling the BBB,Reporting on Ripoff Report and calling my Bank, I finally got them to send me my product that i ordered. So i feel much better. Unfortunately The products came to me squashed and battered but still i was able to use. I have still never communicated with one person at this company or even recieved any type of an e-mail so it is safe to say that i would never order anything from this site ever again. Just wanted to report that i did get my order after doing much whinning and i was not scammed but they do have horrible Customer service who doesn't return your calls or e-mails. If you have concerns about your order. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN!

Thank you for responding to me and i will definitely do what you have suggested. I also wanna emphasize that this Company/Website has never, ever sent me an Order Conformation E-mail with a tracking number so that i could track my order, They have never answered my e-mails or returned my phone call's and it seems that i can never reach anyone at the numbers they provide...They Charge me but never try to get in contact with me...I definitely smell a scam...and not just them not having the product in stock because if that were the case they would have contacted me and said so. I have definitely had Websites send me an e-mail warning me about a product not being in stock and that they would have the product a month later. If i could just talk with someone from the website i would feel much better but they are playing games....Well i will get on my Bank and see what we can do about. Thanks for the Info.

They will help you out if you were charged and never received the product. You can't wait though for ever. Call them on Monday and let them know you were charged and did not get what you purchased. Keep in mind when buying on line for anything though, that if something is not in stock you will not always be told up front and can look at 4-6 weeks or more to get what you paid for. A more reputable company will not charge the card until they are ready to ship though
