SHOP NBC Misinformation, Poor Customer Service, Delivery Problems! Brooklyn Center Minnesota
ShopNBC will tell you anything to make a sale. I just purchased a top of the line Serta Mattress. I was repeatedly told that they would make delivery on Saturdays. Now, all of a sudden, they do not, and they want me to call around to find a delivery company that will.
Nobody at ShopNBC will take ownership of the delivery problem. It is everyone's fault but their own. The cusomer service is terrible, and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor if you can get through to them. Do Yourself a favor and stay away from ShopNBC!!!
