Shopnetwork They dont ship items that were ordered after 2 months. Ripoff Los Angeles California
I call them almost everyday and no one ever picks up their phone. Customer service is just horrible. I havenot receive the items i ordered on june 21. Status of my order is just ready for delivery but they wont deliver. I called again and got lucky. Spoke to a rep. named Terry and said that they thought billing address and shipping adress are different, so the order was flagged, but then he fixed it already and told me that it should be expected to ship within 2 days. After 3 weeks, still nothing. I called customer service everyday and no one ever picks up the phone. I just want the items that I ordered to be shipped. Anyone from shopnetwork can contact me, I need to know what is going on with my order. I placed the order on june 21, 07 for crying out loud!! Dont order from their website or from this company, its horrible!!!!!!!
