Shopping Essentials, Vitacost, Valuemax Shame on Vitacost for affiliating with these scammers. Take your info, bogus $10.00 off shipping to join for trial. TOTAL CATCH 22 SCAM THAT BENEFITS BOTH COMPANIES. Internet
Vitacost needs to refund $10.00 to all of us who have naively entered into this scam. They say you get $10.00 off shipping right away! You don't. Vitacost says you will get a rebate. You dont! Fact is, you get a 7 day trial- after you have given them all your info including your credit card- and you get your supposed $10.00 off ONLY if your account is active. I cancelled as soon as I saw all the negative comments on the internet.
Turns out YOUR account must be active to get the 10.00 off. That means you have to order again with Vitacost within 7 days? Total rip off, total scam.
Vitacost should voluntarily refund this money. No point in making the lawyers rich, just give this back to the customers, directly. No one gets made whole in a lawsuit except the lawyers.
Everyone should mass mail their complaints to vitacost, then the AG of each respective city they do business in or are located. That is what I plan to do. I still havent seen my credit card to see what charges have been put on.
