I started doing some online banking and noticed I had Three(3) $1.00 charges from Shopping Essentials all within a matter of seconds of each other. I looked up on google to find out more about this company and found their website.

I called the number they provided (there are 2 that I got) first call was to 1-888-999-0564 which gave me a pre-recording to enter my CC# then I had an option of hitting #1 or #2 which was to cancel membership. After pressing #2 in a matter of seconds a man that sounded like he just woke up was talking to me and asked for my information but he never find me in their system so he forwarded me to "Kathy" his supervisor and she could not find me in their system since I did not have a member ID and wanted my CC# that I used then she assured me that the charges after 24hrs would be refunded since my sign up process did not fully go through (which I never did sign up).

I then turned around and called 1-888-243-6180 which had the same pre-recording to ender CC# then #1 or #2 to cancel membership but did not proceed any further after noticing it was the same thing.

At this current time my Three(3) charges of $1.00 each have not been refunded and from reading reports here, I'm sure they will more then likely try to charge another fee that will renew each month. I am currently canceling my Debit Card and have reported these charges to the bank as fraud charges.
