Shotgun Valley LLC Steve Emery, PREDATORY LENDERS IN FLORIDA Bloomington, Indiana
Shotgun Valley, LLC owners Raymond Moore and Steve Emery, a litigating attorney in Indiana ripped off my son and I in North Fort Myers Florida. Raymond Moore made the decision to place a first mortgage on a property that we were very interested in in North Fort Myers Florida. My son who is in active duty with the Marine Corps no longer has a home to come home to because Mr. Emery and Mr. Moore used illegal tactics to place a mortgage on the property.
The title company without my knowledge had me sign a deed, no copy was placed in my closing package, the lenders used this document to take the house, locking myself and my son out of it June 13, 2011. Then throwing our belongings out in the street. My daughter was heart broken, my son is still in disbelief. To make matters worse, there were no appliances in this home when we bought it, so $2000 dollars worth of new appliances were put in the house, these men refuse to give them back to us, they are basically holding our appliances hostage.
Mr. Moore is also a sexual predator, one of his tactics was to attempt to force me into becoming his "sex partner" while he is in Florida, because his wife no longer has any interest in sex.
Beware these guys are all around unethical not to mention devious.
