This company did the photographs for my daughter's wedding in May 2011. As of this day in July 2012 (yes that is over a year) the couple and families have received NO photographs. This couple have nothing to remember the day of their wedding. The owner of this company, Connie, and her associate both took pictures at the wedding, but in over a year no photographs have been received.
We have been told for over six months that half the pictures are ready, but we can not get at least that part from the company. When asked we are told the photos will be to us in a few days, but they never come. We do not know what is going on other than we feel we will never have the photographs, that can not be replaced.
I would strongly suggest that you consider using another company for your important photographs. These people will tell you what good work they do, but you will never see the results and you will be without the once in a life time photos.

The original writer of this report is just in family feud. The agreement was to 'photograph the wedding for free' but the pictures to come were NOT for free. The photographer has talked to the groom/husband several times and worked things out. The person reported would never get in touch with the photographer, no email, phone call, text, or anything.
As far as never getting 'once in a life time photos', I think all the good work the photographer does for hundreds of local families will outweigh one complaint that's really just a grudge and apparent lack of communication with her own daughter and son in law.
