 I contacted shuttlefare.com for a limo ride to the airport.  They immediately confirmed that they had contracted with Carmel Car & Limo.  The car arrived within the window but then pulled only to the end of my driveway and called my cell to tell me he was there.  I hauled my bags down my steps and down the drive to his car and stood.  A few seconds later the driver immerged from the car stating "sorry I didn't see you come down".  Then he said "Lookin' good" and proceeded to look me up and down.  The car was embarassingly oxidized and looked trashy.  When we were almost to the airport the driver again hit on me but this time it was much more persistent. "...where did you model.....you culd have modeled.....and it went on".  Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. 

To make matters worse, when I arrived at my destination I was notified by the hotel that my card was rejected.  I contacted the credit card company and found out my card had been hacked.  The first and only time I had used this card was at shuttlefare.com and it was two days before my card was used in Europe.  I'm not genius but that is rather suspcious.

I recommend you NOT use this company EVER.  They should be investigated. I emailed shuttlefare with my complaint about the driver, not mentioning the card at all.  Their response was that they they simply contract with companies and that they are not responsible for the actions of those companies and supposedly forwarded my complaint.  I've had no response and it has been over one month.
