I have been a student at Siam Star off and on for six years. I originally signed a one year agreement and canceled it with no problems within the stated time frame. I went on a month to month agreement at a slightly higher rate and canceled that no problem. I am partial to the friends I have made over the years at Siam Star. When I saw the negative juvenile report it shocked me.
I know Tomer and he has always been willing to work with me and any friends I have referred to him. Siam Star has a great group of guys training there and a new very nice facility. I will continue to think very highly of this gym and feel comfortable recommending it to friends and family. The reason I felt the need to write was the tone of the complaint. The person who wrote this lost all credibility the minute he started with the school yard bully language.

I can also confirm that there are no law suits going on against anyone of my clients who owe money on their account as confirmed by my billing company.
The above report is a total lie.

My name is Tomer Litvin and I am the owner and head instructor of Siam Star Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts located in Allen, Texas.
What we have here seems to be a case of someone who is mad because they did not stand to their part of the deal when they signed in to train with my martial arts school. This happens every once in a while and as a business owner I always try to be honest and helpful to my customers and students.
In my gym we offered several kinds of memberships where the per month cost to train would go down the longer you decide to train with us. We offered anything from a month to month membership and up to a 12 months membership.
Sometimes, a person will come to train and decide to go with the 12 month membership because it is offered at a lower per month cost. They train a couple of months and then get lazy and decide not to show up anymore and not to pay anymore even though they have committed to a term.
As the author of the complaint states, he has moved away and could not train. We DO NOT make customers pay if they move away and can't come to class. That is just reason. We do, however require that they will provide us with PROOF OF NEW ADDRESS. The reason we do that is because people will simply lie and tell you they are moving just to get out of their commitment.
Would Honda let you out of a lease just because you don't drive your leased Civic from them anymore?
The above complainer probably did not supply proof of new address. Therefore my billing company reported him to the credit bureaus and eventually sent his account to collections.
People seem to not stand up for what they committed to and when eventually it comes and bites their behinds they get mad and end up writing a report on ripoffreport.com using bad language, bad spelling, lies (blaming me for stealing from JD) and racial slurs. Just reading the complaint will tell you what kind of person you are dealing with.
I would be happy to answer any questions anyone have and refer you to current and past members of my training facility who will tell you about how honest, reasonable and friendly person I am.
To sum it up, stand up for your commitment or learn to spell.
