Well... today is 5 November and I am happy to tell you that my refund is finally deposited into my account.
Case Stevens was very quick with his reply and did not understand why PayPal had removed the refund transaction.
PayPal had done that without his knowledge.
So Case immediately put it right again, and now, two days later everything is solved.
All in all I have to admit that I will never buy a higher priced product again, if I can't buy it via Clickbank.
This took far too much time, emails and aggrevation. Life is too short for that nonsense.

On 30 October PayPal send me the following message:

Tracost B.V. just sent you a full refund of $197,00 USD for your purchase. It may take 4-6 business days to receive the refund in your PayPal account. If you have any questions about this refund, please contact Tracost B.V..
The refund will go to the card you paid with.

Therefore I was already happy that finally Rapid Action Profits' Sid Hale was going to give me back my money.
Unfortunately I was happy too early, because on 2 November I received another email of PayPal with the subjectline:
A payment you received has been cancelled
PayPal advised me to contact Tracost B.V. for further information. Apparently Tracost B.V. is the go between for Rapid Action Profits in The Netherlands.
So now I have send an email, in which I ask for my refund, to both the business email and the customer service email addresses of Tracost B.V. , that are mentioned on the PayPal transaction page.
The contact person of Tracost B.V. is Case Stevens. There is a website http://www.casestevens.com.
Let's wait and see what happens now!
I will keep you informed about further developments.

On 30 October 2010 I finally received a refund email from PayPal.
It says under "Note from merchant":
"I was told you wanted a refund for your RAP purchase, so here it is. Wishing you good luck".
Note that the payment is still pending until 4 November 2010!
My conclusion: Sid does put his money where is mouth is. I just don't understand him not answering my tickets. If he would have replied in a timely manner, I would not have written this report.
