I have been working with USA Global Holdings since last year, they have taken money from my clients and investors and promised them a loan. Our clients attorneys did resesearch on this company and found that Sid Tarrant who is the Sr. Trustee, has several fraud cases in Las Vegas.
My clients were taken advantage of, and some lost either their money or projects. They have gone as far as given us Escrow Closing Docs, but did not close the loans, and never called us back. Everytime we try to call Sid it goes straight to his voice mail that is always full, so we can never get intouch with him.
Do you have a way we can contact you, we have pleanty of documentation including a commitment to fund, promissory notes, and escrow docs, we would like to speak to your attorneys and give them the information we have. Hopefully you can help recover some of our clients losses.
