Impressive. It only took two years for the "owner" to respond to my "claims" about his company. I really don't think at this opoint a rebutal from me is necessary. Too bad you don't put as much effort into providing superior service to your clients as you did in attempting to respond to a two year old complaint. I will leave you w/ what the BBB has filed for "your" company; speaks for itself.

hello is this John brookes ali roberson or heather bc honestly if this is ali then i know why he is after you lik ethis bc he is just a low down degrading weed smoke fool and yes they dont do a backround check bc i was employed by them ( which was the worst 3 months of my entire life) not getting payed and starving in a place i dont know... i personaly know mike... he is a good guy and all but what she says is true mike is a off the hand type of guy and honestly i have a lawsuit aginst this comany and john for mis treatment and long working hours without proper care.... i was suppost to be on medication but there is no way you can be on medicationa and do this crap.... man i was fired and left at a bus stop... and a boy whom got fired 3 days before also was at the same stop in hayward california there is no hope and no will of this company but to just get your money and run... ( after they have your check or cash they dont care) i used to do it... and ali if your reading this you will be getting papers and a court apperince ;) they hire kids that are 18 plus and promise them fun and cool traviling... but infact they have you work as stated 12 or more hours and if you dont get you quota you get smaked around buy your co salemen and yelled at by the famous ALI ROBERSOn...lier and cheaters iswhat this company is.... and there product sometimes work but not as they say it does i had many demos that i lost sales in bc it didnt work.... also we get trained to harrass and not to leave until get get a order or a snubby bye.... i wasnt cut out for it... bc im a sucyh a nice person.... was of time and a waste of money by the way everyone dont op[en your doors to door to door salemen they could be rapist and could rob you and rap you.... look it up... mANY PEOPLE HAVE DIED DOING THIS JOB.... FOR WAS A 10 DOLLAR DRAW OR 5 WHAT DO YOU THINK ALI AND JOHN LMAO AND HEATHER IS VERY SMUG..... THINKS SHES BETTER THAN EVERYONE LOL

After talking with this customer, our customer service office in S. Lake Tahoe contacted our representative Michael and asked for his side of the story. First and foremost we would like to say that Michael has represented our company as a Sales Agent and a Field Manager since 2004, and we have never received any complaints on him to date. Not bad considering that he has dealt with literally thousands of potential and actual customers!
That being said, Michael did indeed remember this potential customer. His side of the story was that he was invited back to this customers home to demonstrate our product for her husband. He did not return to the customers home on Sunday because that is his only day off. Our representatives typically work 6 days a week and more often than not up to 12 hours a day. The fact of the matter is that we insist that our salespeople and managers rest on Sundays! He said that when he did return to this potential customers home (at her request) that the potential customer did express that they were no longer interested in his/our product at that time. He advised us that his response to the customer was typical of any salesperson attempting to overcome common contentions and objections. We do train our sales people to have and use tenacity, which we define as being determined and persistent without being antagonistic. Apparently according to this individual that failed, and Michael has assured us in no way was he interested in offending or intimidating this potential customer. Again we were not on the scene to hear the entire exchange, but we do have his sales history (which is extensive) to go by. Again... we have never received any complaints against Michael until this one.
On another subject, considering that the name of this particular web site, which is designed to supposedly protect consumers from being Ripped Off... how exactly was this non-customer ripped off? All we have been able to determine is that this non-customer was somehow offended by a sales reps determination and persistence (and apparently the fact that he was genetically predisposed to being a large African American gentleman that has as much a right to pursue gainful employment as the next person... even if it is dealing with the public). I mean really? Attempting to disparage Michael by comparing him to the character portrayed my Michael Clark Duncan in the movie The Green Mile! I guess if you are a large black man there are worse people to be compared to! Great movie by the way and excellent acting by Mr. Duncan, but exactly what kind of a picture are you attempting to paint here? Michael Clark Duncans character in the movie, an innocent man, John Coffee, was vilified, wrongfully convicted and eventually executed in that movie because of his size and being at the wrong place at the wrong time (ok, maybe there are some similarities here)!
On another subject, this non-customer also managed to insult our Customer Service Manager Heather (who was legitimately attempting to help her), going so far as to suggest that her highest level of education completed was the 6th grade. Heather has worked with Sierra Solutions since 1998. She has in fact successfully worked in multiple capacities with us and has been promoted several times. Her job descriptions have included: Sales Agent, Sales Trainer, Junior Field Manager, Senior Field Manager, Crew Supervisor, Customer Service Assistant and most recently Customer Service Manager (for the last 6 years), and in this capacity is authorized to act with the highest authority and make any and all final decisions. I can assure you that Heathers education is extensive. I might also add that I have met and raised actual 6th graders with better manners and ability to communicate then this non-customer (who for some reason found it necessary to use vulgar language including the F word when Heather advised her that she was at the highest capacity to help her with her problem).
In closing, maybe Michael was a little short with this potential customer that day, and if indeed that was the case... we, along with Michael apologize. Other than that we will let our track record speak for itself. We have been in business since 1994 and currently enjoy a 99% plus customer satisfaction rating. Not bad considering we have close to one million satisfied customers.
We also realize that any company that does the volume of business that we do, and especially considering that we come into contact every day with literally hundreds of potential and actual customers, we have accepted that fact that we will occasionally get a complaint here or there. With that being said, we will always be willing to respond and hopefully rectify any legitimate complaint or concern. Thank you.
