Sigma Financial Group - Simona Hyde ripoff, still waiting for our deposit to be returened Georgetown Massachusetts
My husband qualifid for a $5000 loan. We had to send in $1250. We told them we did't have that much so they said we could send in half ($625) and the rest when we got the loan money. After they recieved our $625 they called us back and said that they can't do that, they need the full $1250 upfront, we told them to cancel the loan that we didn't need it. They said we would get our $625 plus the service charge back for a total of $667.50. We were supposed to recieve the money back in 30 days. It has been 37 days and we are still waiting. We call and get voice mail. We leave a message and no one returns our calls. When I called today (7-5-05) the message said "Thank-you, Goodbye" and that was it.
