I had them design a solar evacuated tube system as they say they will do on their website. When the pallet was delivered, a manifold (huge part) and one of 3 pumps was not included. Then i found out from my plumber that the pumps would not work with the controller they recommended. It was clearly spelled out in the manufacturer spec sheet, which apparently they do not read. The other pump was way too big for the project and i later learned that they needed to ask basic questions like how long is the longest pipe run in order to be able to design the system. they never asked even that basic question. my plumber also was unable to use the heat exchanger, it was too small. when i contacted my salesperson, he said he would defer to the plumbers advice and to send what i could not use back. i emailed them to get a label and never heard from them again after e mails, phone messages etc. finally i shipped the stuff back at my own expense and they refused to accept the package and shipped it back. now i am left with disputing the charge on my credit card. do not do business with this company. once they have your money, they are gone. and you will be lucky to get what you were charged for, and even more lucky if what you get will work.

During these times we experienced several growing pains like many companies who are small and starting out. As a result of these growing pains, our customers service was below both my own and the company's expectations. Over the years we have worked to improve our customer service and ensure that our customers are receiving the most value in both their product and the service they receive, yet there is still room for improvement. Our company was founded as a product based company and as a goal and mission for 2009, we are shifting our focus toward a value added company that is determined to offer additional values to our customers through service. We accept that there have been issues in the past and are working honorably to ensure that all of our customers (current and past) are serviced and provided with answers to some of their unanswered questions or service requests. A successful business learns from its mistakes and being able to accept their mistakes and prevent them from happening again. There are no excuses for lack in customer service and this is why in 2009 it is our mission to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest level of service.
