A few months ago, my wife received a package of Silkies stockings that she never ordered, claiming that if she did not want them, she could return them and owe nothing. She mailed the stockings to the given return address at our own expense together with a letter asking Silkies to take her off of all of Silkies' mailing lists.

Recently we received another letter from Silkies threatening that if we did not pay the thirteen plus dollars owed, Silkies would be forced to take further action. The letter left no phone number or contact information, other than the mailing address to which Silkies wanted payment sent.

I will be contacting our state Attorney General's office about these shady business practices, as well as the Better Business Bureau. I appreciate ripoffreport.com, because it has shown me that we are not the only ones being scammed by this unethical company.
