silkies rip-off deceptive company philadelphia Pennsylvania
Once again silkies has done this to someone else. I am going to keep this short and sweet. My wife Kelly received an card in the mail that said return thisfo a FREE pair of silkies to try out our product,so she sent it out. A few weeks later she received that free pair along with 5 other pairs in the same package.
WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS ANYWAY IF SOME HAS NOT PAID FOR IT OR THEY HAVE ANY PROOF THAT THEY REQUESTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, DAAAAA! Now toaday I received a pat due notice that I owe them $13.98. No way!!! I am not spending my money on something that I did not ask for.
The next issue is that there i sno email address or phone number to contact them, ONLY BY LETTER. THATS CRAP. What kind of business has no customers service line or email account suplied to its possible future customers.
OK, its only $14.00, but it is the priciple that matters. This company should not be used or promoted at all. They have a scam that it ripping off thousands if not millions of Americans all over the country. I am going to send them a nasty letter telling them this. Once aging do not send in the card ladies and do not even buy them in the stores.

I belive when your wife sent back the free pair form, she didn't read all the things they put on the ad. They did mention once they send you the free pair it will automaticly come with another pairs the colors as what your wife preffer. If you decide to cancel, all you need to do just return the products and write cancel on the bill then they will stop the automatic shipping ( right now, there are so many companies use this kind of trick to get business...sad...) I did the same thing as your wife did. But I did watch out what their ad said and didn't feel bad ata all, because I never hear from them after I cancel and return the pairs. I just though I would like to tell everyone out here should always remember, there is always something behind the " free" stuff, please be aware. Good Luck.
