e careful Be Extremely Careful of this company in the past four years they have changed 4 Surety Bond companies for contractor. All of them when called has the same claims "PIAD IN FULL and WORK NOT DONE!!!! We are out of $20,000 dollars with not only renovation work done wrong and 90% NOT EVEN finished. Geovanny Silva who hides behind his wife Channel Tiara Silva (CEO of the company) and Timothy Paul Crowder (RMO) is the head of this scam operation. If you check with Secretary of State their company is under FTB suspension which means they don't pay tax! BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS COMPANY!!!! We will see what the State License Board and District Attorney has to say about this!
