On 2/2006 we purchased a new mattress, Simmons World Class, top of the line and had a problem with it. We called the company we purchased it from

and they replaced it with no problem. That was within a few months of the purchase. We again are experiencing the same problem. The mattress is sagging more than 2" in the area we in. Simmons claims it should not exceed 1 1/2". The mattress has a 10 year warranty. The company I purchased it from has since went out of business. Simmons sent out an independent inspector to look into my claim and he verified that the mattress was deeper than 1 1/2". I then received a letter from Simmons notifying me they reject my

claim. Quote: We find your mattress has a bent border wire which is directly related to the problem that you are experiencing. Bent border wires are usually

caused by bending or folding of the mattress and are not covered by Simmons.

There is no way you can bend or fold the mattress. It's a California King. It was probably damaged when it was delivered and unfortunatly the selling company is no longer in business. Simmons has nothing to loose by rejecting my claim as the dealer is out of business.
