Hi to all new immigrants and those who are interested in having their own business in vending machines.
Please take a moment and think twice before you make a move to invest your life long money in vending business. First of all, if you want to get into a vending business, make sure you are buying a vending business that's already established and making profits. In Toronto, Canada, there are hundreds scams going on andthe culture of corruption and scam are mostly imported from citizens of third world countries that are seeking for new opportunities through cheating and fraud.
Scammer that are like hyenas waiting for a right moment to attack and kill an innocent and unguarded victim. One of these hyenas in Ontario is someone named Simon Ham who dresses neatly and talks very sweet about vending business. He owns a vending company under various names and together with another Hyena, a white racist, they cheat and lie to people who are honest and want to start their own vending business. First of all, they import these vending machines from the US with very little money.
They buy used ones and refurbish them in their store in Mississauga, Ontario and sell them as new. Then they claim to provide you with a business package which include all different types of services but these services are not listed in the contract you sign. They are outlined in some flyers that have no legal bindings. You only sign a contract to purchase that piece of junk called vending machine whether it is phone card, coffee brewing, soft drink or candies/cookies. They buy them from the States for a few hundred dollars and sell them for 10000-12000 dollars in Canada.
The location is paid by the client not Simon Ham. He misuses the logo of 'Better Business of Onterio' to promote his faked and fraudulent business in his office. His business is not listed with Better Business of Ontario. This a clear violation of the rules of business in North America which is using deceptive and untrue signs to promote your marketing. Please do not sign any document and forget about getting into a business with him. Simon Ham the hyena hires new immigrants who are not aware of his fraud business in the beginning to find him victims.
His employee turn over rate is enormous. Since some of the new immigrants are concious and they do not want to be a part of scam so they resign. When you sign a contract with him, he simply melts away and hard to be reached. All he wants is your money and that's it. His agents are abused and discriminated. They will find you a location to install your machine that would just last a few months and the owner of the place will ask you to remove your machine and take it to somewhere else. There is a guy named Iraj who works for him and his partner.
The guy is naieve and is part of the fraud gang. Toront Star where Simon Ham advertises for his phony business must be blamed for some of the evil and criminal activities going on in Toronto area. They are the ones who are interested in money than anything else. They do not care about these criminal activities. So they are a part of the problem in promoting fraud and crime. There are some legitimate companies in Ontario where you can purchase authentic vending machines at very little money.
One of these companies is called (((competitor's name redacted))) which is a great and caring company. So if you want to get into a business you may want to contact them for more information. Besides that Greater Toronto is very much sautrated with vending machines. Every single spot is occupied by Asians and new immigrants. So basically your better forget about getting into vending business if you are new. Try to find out if someone is trying to sell a vending business that is already making proft. Mr. Simon Ham still owns me some money (about 6000 dollars) and I will keep exposing his evil nature as long as he refuses to refund me.
