Complaint Review: Simpli psychic - Nationwide

Again, I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to post about me. I am not sure what you are trying to prove. The facts are that I do not give psychic readings. Period. I did a long time ago, but have not in many years. Second, I do not make music anymore. We all go through our phases trying to find our place in life, and most of us have made wrong choices in the past.

Simpli Psychic was not a place that I personally give readings on. It was a place that was strictly Oranum.com affiliate work. That is is, afterwhich I tried to make an online forum, which too was just a hobby that I have since shut down.

You can keep trolling and bashing me, even for the rest of my life, but ask yourself..what is the purpose? You have already listed the facts, all of which were in the past. Now, apparently feeling proud of yourself, you can move on, and put put me and my name out of your life. You have no reason to continually bash me. It makes me wonder why - is this your way of having communication with me, because you have no other way of doing it? Or was it just to bash me, thinking you would ruin my life?

You did not ruin my life, and Im glad you feel better. Now, we can both move on, and put this negativity behind us. I will not be responding to anymore of your posts. It is not worth my time. I have a family to take care of and do not need this weighing me down.

Google search engine will identify 2 active and open psychic accounts under Derrick Solano, with his picture attached in links. These are the same pictures filtering over the web under his previous alias Derrick Bullock. Yes the same Derrick Bullock whom plagiarized "Eyes, Nose, Lips" -By Taeyang. Identified on a Facebook account linked directly to Derrick's online business "Simpli Psychic," you will see himself identifying himself as: "Best Psychic on Earth," and "Natural Born Psychic" Proof is in the Pudding, in this scenario Google.

I have figured out who posted this report via the IP address, and we are in the process of filing court papers to sue for public defamation. RipOffReports has been made aware of this. Accusations in this statement are false for the most part.

Under common law, to constitute defamation, a claim must generally be false and must have been made to someone other than the person defamed. Some commonlaw jurisdictions also distinguish between spoken defamation, called slander, anddefamation in other media such as printed words or images, called libel. This report falls under this category, and attorneys are gearing up. 

Telling the public where a person lives, their background, and personal information without their consent is illegal in all states. My husband and I are suing. It is unfortunate that we have to take action, but this is stalker material, and if someone can take the time out of their lives to try to bash someone else just for the sake of doing it, is wrong on all levels.

Simpli Psychic was a psychic reading network. True. However I did not run it. It was ran by Oranum.com. It was merely affiliate work, that is not scamming or fraud, so that accusation is false.

Simpli Post, which is what Simpli Psychic has become, is a free public forum. Nothing scammish about that. There arent even any advertisements on it. I do not get how you can say that is fraud or scamming.

This sounds like a personal attack, out of spite or jealousy, which is why we were able to track down the poster. By law we are not allowed to post the name publicly, but they are being served court papers in the near future, and RipOffReport is also looking into the matter.

Simpli Psychic, and Simpli Post are in no way scam websites. I do not understand how the poster could come up with something like that. This is a case of stalking, which is also illegal.

So as mentioned above, my husband and I are ready to take this to court, and we are. Public defamation is punishable by law with prison time, and no matter the relationship we have with this person, we are prepared to shut them down.

RipOffReport is also in the process of removing this illegal posting, we were just advised to post a public message about it, so this is it.

The internet is full of haters. People who are jealous and want nothing more than to drag people down with them. This is one of those cases. I hope you are happy with yourself, because now you are in a lot of trouble, and we will not back down until you are charged and are in jail. You are a hateful person, everybody knows that, they just put up with you because they feel they have to. That right there should let you know that we know who you are..very well.

While I do appreciate you taking the time to post about me, you have your facts all wrong. First of all, I am not a psychic and I do not claim to be one. Second of all, Simpli Psychic was an Oranum website - so get your facts straight.

You sound like someone who is jealous of the fact that I run a successful website. Charges are being pressed on your for false public defamation, we are in the process of filing court documents. Next time you want to make a false claim about someone, get the facts straight.
