Buyer Beware. I am reporting Dayna Lynn's resume services as extremely unprofessional and not worth money. 

I initially contacted Dayna Lynns resume services via phone for updating and revising my resume.

After further discussing her back ground and the services over the phone, she explained that payment was required prior to the interview. I paid for the services at that moment. Dayna explained the process required an informational interview
to create the revised resume. I asked for a receipt/contract and did not receive one outlining the services.

I contacted her again for the interview, Dayna Lynn was annoyed by my persistence in requesting a contract and threatened me. You dont want me to get angry.  I stated that I do not want to continue and would need a refund. She would not. At this moment no services were given. After hanging up with her, I sent an email requesting a refund and received no
response.  

She sent an email with a document to attempting to "technically" fulfill her verbal obligation. This document could not be possible because there was no interview between her and I to produce the product. After the credit card company issued me a refund, Dayna Lynn retaliated by leaving harassing phone calls to my employer.

I contracted a second vendor for the services, which cost me twice the amount of Dayna Lynns services. I would of paid three times the amount if I would of known the unprofessional manner in which Dayna Lynn handles her business customers.
