Simply-rx And Transactindia ripoff, False Company, Untrustworthy, Stealing, Ignore customers, simply ripoff India Internet
Placed an order with www.simpl-rx.com at the beginning of March, I have still not recived the order in fact the status of the order on their web site has never changed. They will not reply to e-mails at all.
After realizing that this was bad contacted Transactindia.com the company they use to accept credit cards and transactions. They replied back the first time letting me know that if simpl-rx don't respond in 4 days they would refund the money. After 5 days of repeated e-mails to simply-rx with no response I again tried to contact Transactindia.com for the refund.
Now both Simply-rx and Transactindia.com are no longer replying to e-mails. I do of course still recive advertisement e-mails from simply-rx trying to sell product.
Both of these companys now seem to be fraudulant and there is not much recourse to help consumers. The next steps I plan to follow is contacting the FBI to report a case of international business fraud, and also contact my banking system and try to find out more on international business fraud.
