I have a little different story than some rip-off victims. I was charged the correct $79 or so dollars on July 6th. I thought it was odd that I got charged so quickly, because most vendors charge when they ship. I called on July 28th to understand why I was billed but had not rec'd the vacuum, and 'Alexis' said that a letter went out explaining that due to the unanticipated popularity of the product, that they were on backorder and would take a few extra weeks to deliver.

On Aug 15th I spoke with an incredibly rude woman whose name I did not get. She said that there was no backorder and that Singer had the right to take the full estimated shipping time. It would be about one more week, she said. On Aug 25th I spoke with a nice lady named 'Veronica' who said that my product was set to ship tomorrow, i.e. Friday Aug 26th.

Well on Sept 12 I tried calling the 1-800 number and got the circular voicemail that does not allow one to speak to a human. I tried the other one as noted on this website, and got to the same voicemail system. I sent an email and have heard nothing. I am wondering has anyone besides Singer-planted employees received their product. They are still showing the infomercial on TV; I have a hard time believing that they really have no product and yet are still advertising it. Wouldnt they have taken the money and run by now? Help.
