I also orderd the laser storm and was told that it would take about six weeks for delivery it never came. so I started calling and I got a live person twice and they said that I had orderd two sets of vacums so they took $370 out of my bank account I had only order one set.

I called singer lazer to ask what was going on they told me they would refund my acount and that it would take a couple of weeks for the reund to happen it never happend.

I have been calling at least once a week but only get a recording no one picks up the phone and there is no phone option to speak to anyone at singer.

I also have been sending e-mails to the customer care e-mail address but have not had a response back.

the singer name in my family has always been a good one ever since i can remember. I dont think I will ever buy anthing with that name attached to again.

I anyone can help please let me know what I can do,

Ok here it is November 15 2005 I still have not been refunded my money Igia took out of my account.

And have not recived my Vacums that I orderd On August 29 2005..I was told to cantact the customer service department to talk about the problem I had. I did so in October they told me that everything would be taken care of by the first week in November.Well the first has come and gone and still nothing has been done. This company is a rip off and Singer should have done there research on this company before putting it's name to this product. as far as I am concerned singer is just as much at falt as Igia with isue. I hope that besides the fines that have been isued to this company that a claas action law suite also happens. I cant beleave the fist time I orderd sommething from an infomercial it turned out to be so bad.

October 19 2005 to the Customer service manager of wind storm. Ok so I now know that windstorm Is a real company although the facts were all wrong in your rebuttal you filed. It has been since July 28th since I placed my order Not two or three weeks ago.I have now sent about five e-mails to you in the past two months or so not one of them got a response from your company. As far as a UPS tag needing to be issued you would need to send my oder first don't you think.When we finaly got a live person on the line only after the number was posted on this site we got the run around from your people and still have no Idea when we will get the product we ordered or refund for the over billing. Also my order was taken by a live person not an automated system that you talk about in your response. So please if your going to respond you shoulfd get the facts I just sent you another e-mail with my cell phone number on it why don't you call me and we can work this out.
