I joined up to Singlesnet.com to try their services. I paid for the month of $24.99. I render the services to my liking as far as who i wanted to search for and talk to. Everything was working fine and i was building up some relations with some girls to see who they really are. About a week and half into it, i couldn't log on. Everytime i put log on with my login and password it logs me on fine, then i click on anything on the website, it automatically logs me off. I sent an e-mail about the problem, and they tell me its my cookies. Nope that didn't work, so then they say its my browser. Nope, its not that either, and was geting frustrated with their lack of attention to my problem, they were just finding detours. I opposed on downloading another web browser, because i don't need another one and my original one is working fine. I have Internet Explorer 7.0, and its my browser after it was working fine. So i wanted my money back, because it has been about a over a week of an inactive account, so any relations i built are now gone. They tell i have to call. So i dial their number; (617) 301-62 and right after i hit the number 2 i get a fast tone like is inactive. So i wrote them an e-mail about the problem and they respond by saying, "This is the correct number to call, (617) 301-6210." So i wrote another e-mail about the problem again and that i want a refund. They respond saying i need to call to get my refund. Obviously i am getting nowhere.

I contacted the BBB about the problem. Long story short, after my complaint they responded by, "He called us on 9/20 and ask for the refund and we have debited back to his account, it may take up to 3-5 business days. Well i couldn't call them, because of the problem i tried to explain to them. Needless to say i still haven't recieved my refund. They lied to BBB and to me. I tried to notify BBB about this actual problem occuring with them, and i haven't gotten a response in a few days. I am still waiting.
