S&J Auto Used Auto Parts ripoff Saratoga Springs New York
Ordered a electric fuel pump for my daughters 1999 Astro Van on 3-30-05 and they took the money out of my bank account on 3-31-05. They told me at the time that they had the part. Waited a week to see if it was shipped and to get a tracking number only to find out that part had not came in yet.
Called back a week later and they said they were shipping it. Called back on Wednesday of that week to get tracking number and they said part they got in was damaged. Waited ahout 4 to 5 and called back they then gave us a tracking of the place where they got the part from and not one for the part coming to us.
That Saturady called again to get tracking number and was hung up on several, serveral times. Left message to John the owner requesting a refund or contacting our lawyer. On Sunday the owner called, John and assured we would have a tracking Monday and did get one. The part finally got here 4-21-05 and it worked luckly.
I will NEVER, NEVER do business with them again. Took a total of over 4 weeks to get the part. "ALL OF YOU OUT THERE, WATCH THIS ONE". Have never worked with such RUDE people in my life.
