I placed an order on October 5, 2005. On October 6, 2005 my credit card was charged for the full amount. They did not send me any information whatsoever regarding the status of the order and I have been making multiple requests for information by email since October 13, 2005. Their phone line is nothing more than a message repeating that they no longer answer their phone.
I am now fearful that this Skin RX Clinic may be nothing more than an internet scam. I have made many purchases over the internet in the past, but I have never seen a worse service,(if it is even a legitimate business).
Perhaps if this is a legitimate business, maybe they will get word of this complaint and maybe respond to me. If it is, I would think responding to emails or having an operator respond to phone calls would be far better than coming from a website such as this.

This customer received her order in 4 days. We are an internet comapny, and yes, we operate by email. Why is that so unusual? We cannot take the hundreds of calls a day that we get. We do answer emails ALWAYS. We are a great company. We ship hundreds of orders a day to happy customers.
